Keycyte PAM 3.2 · User Guide
About This Guide
Intended Audience
This document is intended for end users who connect to systems through Keycyte PAM.
It describes the Client Panel, the web portal that you use to open privileged sessions, request access and work with the credentials assigned to you. Configuring servers, roles, policies and users is described in the Administrator Guide.
What This Guide Covers
| Section | Description |
|---|---|
| Signing In | Signing in with a password or with Microsoft, multi-factor authentication (MFA), forced password change, choosing a panel and signing out. |
| Client Panel | The layout of the Client Panel: server tree, search, custom folders, tabs and the Dashboard. |

What You Can Do Depends on Your Roles
Your administrator decides which servers and accounts you see and what you can do with them. For example, copying passwords, transferring files, using the clipboard, sharing sessions and connecting without approval are controlled by roles. If an option described in this guide is missing or does not work for you, contact your Keycyte PAM administrator.
